NightSide - Harvey Silverglate On The Boston Bomber's Trial; Can It Be Fair?

BOSTON (CBS) - A federal appeals court has ordered a hearing for next week to decide whether or not accused marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will be able to get a fair trial here in Boston. There have been a number of attempts by the defense to get the venue changed throughout this process, but so far those requests have all been denied. Attorney Harvey Silverglate checks in with NightSide Nation to talk about why he thinks the trial should be moved.
