BOSTON (CBS) - Governor Patrick signed a new buffer zone bill into law, after the Supreme Court unanimously overturned the previous law last month. The new rules are an attempt to compromise between the free speech rights of protestors and the privacy rights of those seeking healthcare. Attorney Harvey Silverglate, a First Amendment expert, joins Dan to discuss the issue of buffer zones and whether or not the Supreme Court's decision was right and fair.
