NightSide - Future Of Sanctuary Cities Unclear

BOSTON (CBS) - President-elect Donald Trump has threatened to cut off any and all federal funding to cities that enact "sanctuary city" policies or legislation. There are a handful of cities in Massachusetts that can already be classified as sanctuary cities, including Somerville, Cambridge, and Boston. Do you think cities should be allowed to decide their own approach to immigration enforcement? Or should there be federal oversight that requires local authorities to comply?
