BOSTON (CBS) - Many are surprised by this fact, but the Vatican and the Catholic Church actually support adult stem cell research and treatment. In fact, just last year, the Vatican hosted a conference on adult stem cell research to help bridge the worlds of science and religion. Ray Flynn, former Boston Mayor and Ambassador to the Vatican, sits down with Dan to talk about the research and the moral issues at play.
