BOSTON (CBS) - Marisa DeFranco joins Dan in studio to discuss the Visa Program and how Tashfeen Malik may not have been fully investigated before being granted a Visa. Malik was one of the shooters in the San Bernardino on December 2nd and had no "derogatory information" that raised the suspicion of the visa reviewers, officials have said. Should she have been investigated further? Is the Visa Program working right?
