NightSide - Dueling Lawsuits

BOSTON (CBS) - North Carolina and the Department of Justice have now filed lawsuits against each other in the ongoing fight over the state's new bathroom bill. North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory has stood by the law, claiming that the federal government is overreaching its constitutional power by trying to get involved. The Department of Justice, however, says the law is discriminatory and a violation of the Civil Rights Act. Where do you stand on the bathroom bill?
