BOSTON (CBS) - The news of Robin Williams' death came as a shock to many, as word quickly spread across the country. Whether you knew him from his early TV days (Mork & Mindy), his comedic roles (Mrs. Doubtfire), family movies (Aladdin, Jumanji), his brilliant stand-up comedy, or his heavier dramatic roles (Good Will Hunting, Dead Poets Society), it seems almost all of us were touched by his long and illustrious career in one way or another. The outpouring of affection and sense of loss being expressed on social media has been overwhelming, and has also reignited a conversation about how our culture deals with depression and mental illness. Dan was joined by MGH specialist Dr. Gary Sachs, who is an expert in dealing with bipolar and depressive mental illnesses.
