NightSide - Donald Trump Takes To The Prompter

BOSTON (CBS) - Donald Trump gave his second major scripted speech in as many weeks yesterday, this time turning his attention to ISIS and the foreign policy of the United States. Throughout the speech he slammed President Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for their decisions and judgement on the international stage. He also presented his plan for an "extreme vetting" process that would be used on immigrants who come to the U.S. from countries that have struggled with terrorism. Do you think Trump was able to steady his campaign after a rocky couple of weeks? Is this effort to seem more official and presidential too little too late? Will he say something in the next few days that once again derails the conversation and takes attention away from his proposed plan?
