NightSide - Construction Takes A Toll

BOSTON (CBS) - Beginning tomorrow night, Massachusetts will switch to a completely electronic toll system, eliminating the need for toll collectors or booths. As a result, the existing toll booths will be torn down, a project that also begins on Friday. What will this mean for traffic? How does this affect you if you don't have an E-Z Pass transponder? Tom Tinlin, Highway Administrator for the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, joins Dan in the NightSide studio to talk about what drivers can expect and to answer your questions.
