NightSide - Brady Vindicated?

BOSTON (CBS) - Judge Richard Berman officially overturned Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's four game suspension today, declaring that the process used by the NFL and Commissioner Roger Goodell was unfair. The ruling means that Brady will be eligible to play for the team in the season opener next week, even though the NFL has already decided they will appeal the decision.
