BOSTON (CBS) - Former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg has hinted that he may be interested in running as an independent candidate in the 2016 race. Do you think a third party candidate could ever win in our two-party system? Or does it simply hurt the party that is closer to the independent candidate's platform? Tim talks about this issue with Neil Levesque, Executive Director of the New Hampshire Institute of Politics and Political Library at Saint Anselm College.
