NightSide - Are You Happy with the Big Bomb Blast?

BOSTON (CBS) - "The Mother of All Bombs" was dropped yesterday in Afghanistan and reportedly killed 36 ISIS militants. The Trump administration has made their military presence felt and did so with the largest non-nuclear bomb to date, weighing over 20,000 pounds. Should the President require Congressional approval to carry out these big strikes? Did the military target warrant such an output?
