NightSide - Are Duck Boats Too Dangerous?

BOSTON (CBS) - A young woman was killed this weekend after her scooter was run over by a Duck Boat, an amphibious vehicle that offers tours of Boston. Philadelphia attorney Robert Mongeluzzi has been fighting to keep Duck Boats off city streets for years, and believes the former World War II vehicles are a "death trap." Do you think it's time to banish Duck Boats from the streets of Boston?
