NightSide - A Plastic Bag Ban In Boston

BOSTON (CBS) - The Boston City Council is considering a plastic bag ban for the city of Boston. There are already thirty Massachusetts towns that have some sort of restriction on plastic bags, and many advocates think a similar measure in Boston would result in the whole state following suit. Do you think it makes sense to ban plastic bags in an effort to reduce waste, or is this a case of government overreach?
