BOSTON (CBS) - Today is Equal Pay Day, the date that women would have to work until in order to make as much as their male counterparts did for the last year, according to the commonly quoted statistic that women make less than eighty cents on the dollar compared to men. But where does that statistic come from, and does it tell the whole story? Victoria Budson, chair of the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women, joins Dan in studio to talk about it.
