BOSTON (CBS) - Postpartum depression, or PPD, affects more new mothers than most people realize. About one in ten women who give birth experience some form of PPD, though it's only the sensational stories that actually receive coverage and attention. Dr. John Straus, founding director of the Massachusetts Child Psychiatry Access Project, sits down with Dan to talk about the prevalence of PPD, and how those affected by it can find help and support.
