NightSide - A Debate On Question 3

BOSTON (CBS) - As we get closer and closer to Election Day on November 8th, we've taken some time here on NightSide to highlight the ballot questions facing Massachusetts, along with the national issues being debated. We've already discussed the charter school question and the marijuana question on the show, and tonight we'll take a look at Question 3. Paul Shapiro and Diane Sullivan join Dan in studio to discuss the issue.
