Newton Police Officer Injured After Motorcycle Collides With Car
NEWTON (CBS) -- A Newton police officer was injured when his motorcycle collided with a car Wednesday afternoon.
Police said the crash happened at about noon on the West Newton Bridge over the Mass. Pike.
The male officer was conscious and taken to the hospital, where police say he is recovering. The driver stopped at the scene and was not hurt.
Officer injured in this morning's crash is in stable condition and recovering. We wish to thank everyone for their concern and support!
