New Video Shows Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Day After Boston Marathon Bombings
BOSTON (CBS) - There is new video of accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev one day after the attacks.
It shows Tsarnaev and his friend Azamat Tazhayakov entering the gym on the UMass-Dartmouth campus around 9 p.m. on April 16, 2013.
The video was made public as evidence in the obstruction trial against Tazhayakov.

Both sides rested their cases Monday.
Tazhayakov is charged with removing a backpack filled with fireworks from Tsarnaev's dorm room days after the bombings.
The defense insists another friend is to blame.
Closing arguments are set for Wednesday.
