Nashoba Regional High Students Sent Home After Bullet Found In School

BOLTON (CBS) -- Nashoba Regional High School students were dismissed early Friday morning after a bullet was found in the school hallway.

Police responded to a call from the school shortly before 9:30 a.m.

A student found the .22-caliber bullet and had brought it to the main office.

Students were dismissed so police could thoroughly search the area. Police say there is no threat to the public and no threat was made to the school.

The incident will be discussed with students during homeroom on Monday, school principal Parry Graham wrote in a letter to parents.
