N.H. Police Arrest Nine, Seize $92,000 Worth Of Oxycodone

MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — Police in Manchester, New Hampshire, have arrested nine people accused of taking part in the sale and distribution of Oxycodone, seizing nearly $92,000 worth of the prescription tablets.

Police say the group was allegedly trafficking large quantities of the pills from New York City and Lawrence, Massachusetts. They say the arrests, stemming from an investigation that started in October, has allowed police to dismantle a large-scale drug operation in the city.

The nine men and women have been charged this week with conspiracy to distribute, and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, including Oxycodone. It wasn't immediately known if they had lawyers.
