SALEM (CBS) -- A 19-year-old man charged with murder in the fatal shooting of a 21-year-old Florida man in Beverly was ordered held without bail Monday at his arraignment in Salem District Court.

Galarza fled the scene, and he later turned himself in to Salem police.

He has also been charged with carrying a firearm without an FID card and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling.
