Munchkin Recalls 180,000 Pacifiers Due To Choking Hazard

BOSTON (CBS) - Munchkin is recalling about 180,000 pacifiers because of concerns they could become a choking hazard.

According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the clip cover can detach from the pacifier's clip and could end up choking a child.

So far no injuries have been reported.

The pacifiers were sold at Babies r Us, Target and Walmart and other stores.
