Milton, Melrose Make WalletHub's List Of Best Small Cities In US

BOSTON (CBS) -- Several Massachusetts cities ranked high on WalletHub's 2016 Best Small Cities in America list.
Milton ranked eighth on the list, and Melrose ranked in at number 26.
Wellesley, Northampton, and Lexington also made the top 40, at 33rd, 35th, and 37th, respectively.
Coming in first in the nation was Westfield, Indiana.
WalletHub compared over 1,200 cities in the study. All had populations between 25,000 and 100,000, and were ranked based on 30 factors having to do with affordability, economic health, education and health, quality of life, and safety.
