Two Men Struck By Pickup Truck In Framingham Allegedly Burglarized Driver's Home

FRAMINGHAM (CBS) -- Two men accused of intentionally hitting two pedestrians with a pickup truck were arraigned Tuesday.

Prosecutors say Glenn and Saleek Marshall hit two men walking on a sidewalk in Framingham with their pickup truck last Friday then got out and violently beat one of the men before taking off.

Police say before the incident, the two victims, Frantz Petit Compere and David Jean, allegedly broke into Glenn and Saleek Marshall's home, tied them up, and robbed them.

Prosecutors say the Marshalls broke free and struck Petit Compere and Jean with their truck and hit and pistol whipped one of them. Police caught up to the Marshalls an hour later.

The initial robbery, prosecutors say, stemmed from a narcotics deal gone bad.

Glenn and Saleek Marshall are both being held without bail.

Jean is also scheduled to face a judge Tuesday.
