Chinese Food Delivery Driver Robbed, Stabbed In Medford

MEDFORD (CBS) -- A delivery driver from a Chinese food restaurant was robbed and stabbed in Medford. Despite the man's wounds, he was able to call 911 for help.

The man, who was stabbed in the lower back, was a delivery driver for May's Cafe.

He was rushed to Massachusetts General Hospital for surgery and was in stable condition Sunday.

"It's sad. I order Chinese food all the time. So now it's like, should I even order? Should I go pick it up?" said Noviezkoi Suero, who lives in the neighborhood.

Police are investigating the incident. No word yet on any arrests.
