Transit Police: Woman Assaulted, Spit On Disabled T Passenger

BOSTON (CBS) – Transit police are looking for a woman who they say assaulted and spit on a disabled MBTA passenger.

The incident occurred on Nov. 29 at about 5:30 p.m. at the State T station. Police said the assault happened on a southbound Orange Line train.

The attacker fled by boarding a northbound Blue Line train, according to authorities.

Police describe the woman as Hispanic, about 5 feet, 3 inches tall, with dark hair. She was wearing a black jacket, a black and white sweater, black jeans, black boots and carried a black leather handbag.

Anyone who recognizes her is asked to call police at 617-222-1050, or send an anonymous text to 873873.
