Mattapan Man Arrested For Shooting On MBTA Bus

MATTAPAN (CBS) -- A Mattapan man has been arrested in connection with a shooting on an MBTA bus Monday morning.

Ricardo Blake, 35, was arrested Wednesday.

The shooting happened around 10:25 a.m. Monday near Morton and Blue Hill Avenue on an MBTA bus. Transit Police said a 30-year-old man was shot in the leg and taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police said they believed the victim and the shooter had an argument before the shooting.

Blake will face charges related to the shooting and firearm-related charges.
