Just 11 seconds into his freshman debut with the team at Walter Brown Arena on Oct. 20, 1995, Roy suffered a hit that left him paralyzed from the neck down. The foundation has planned a fundraising event called "A Night For Travis Roy" at Agganis Arena on Tuesday night. The Boston Bruins will also present him with a special jersey as part of the one-day contract he signed last week with the team.
