Boston Marathon Winner Returns For BAA 10K Race

BOSTON (CBS) -- The Boston Marathon legend and 2014 champion returned to the city aspiring to be the first American to win the BAA 10-K Race on Sunday.

Meb Keflezighi was beaten by Kenyan Daniel Chebii, though, but did claim the title in the masters division.

He ran the 6.2-mile course in 31:01.

Keflezighi had enough energy after to congratulate and high-five other runners as they finished the race.

Joan Chelimo, also from Kenya, took home the woman's title.
