MBTA Police Will Not Charge Man Who Impersonated Secret Service Agent

BOSTON (CBS) – The MBTA has identified the man who impersonated a Secret Service agent on a Commuter Rail train.

The man recently harassed a conductor, claiming to be an agent and demanded a free ride. However, after a thorough investigation, Transit Police will not press charges.

The man's identity was not released.

The video was recorded by another passenger on the train and uploaded to the social media site Reddit and YouTube.
