Man Arrested For Fatal 2013 Copley Square Shooting

BOSTON (AP) — Authorities say a man has been arrested and charged in a 2013 fatal shooting in Boston's Copley Square.

Suffolk County District Attorney Daniel Conley and Police Commissioner William Evans announced the arrest on Saturday.

The officials said 27-year-old Michael Jordan was indicted Friday on charges of first-degree murder and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Jordan is accused of shooting 22-year-old Ahmir Lee of Boston on the night of Aug. 22, 2013. Lee was found at about 11 p.m. with several gunshot wounds. He later died at a hospital.

Jordan is expected to be arraigned Monday. It's not immediately known if he has a lawyer.
