Man Arrested After Allegedly Selling Synthetic Marijuana Packs

BOSTON (CBS) -- A man was arrested Monday after he was allegedly found selling synthetic marijuana near Franklin Square Park.

Police responded to report around 9:45a.m. of a man selling drugs in the park.

Police initially arrested the 56-year-old man for an outstanding warrant. They later found packets of synthetic marijuana labeled as "Scooby Snax" and "White Tiger" in his pocket.

Synthetic marijuana is considered more dangerous than its organic form.

The man was issued a City Ordinance Violation for Possession of Synthetic Marijuana.
