Mechanic Accused Of 'Upskirting' Customer Getting Oil Change

TEWKSBURY (CBS) – A worker at an oil and lube center has been arrested for allegedly "upskirting" a female customer.

Police say 26-year-old Todd Mitchell of Lowell secretly videotaped the woman at Sooner Lube in Tewksbury.

Mitchell was allegedly in the pit area of the garage, where workers change motor vehicle fluids, when the victim was called in to go over the work done to her car. The woman says Mitchell was standing in the pit pointing a cell phone up at her.

After an investigation, Mitchell was arrested and charged with Secret Sexual Surveillance. He posted the $500 bail after his arraignment Tuesday.

Police are working to determine if there are any other victims.
