Crews Battle 3-Alarm Blaze In Malden Strip Mall
MALDEN (CBS) -- A three-alarm fire broke out in a commercial building Tuesday morning, the Malden Fire Department said.
The blaze broke out on Medford Street shortly after 10:30 a.m. Crews were still working to knock down a heavy fire.

The building was in a strip mall that contained a liquor store and several other businesses.
Companies from Medford, Revere, Somerville, and Everett responded. One Medford firefighter was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation and heat exhaustion.

Malden Police said several roads in the area were closed, and asked the public to avoid the area.

The cause of the fire was not yet known.
