Police say Michael Leone, 58, was wielding a machete when he told the neighbor he would cut off someone's head if they did not turn down the music. The neighbor who called police also reported that Leone made some racial slurs.

Police found a rifle in the home which was not involved in the dispute.

Leone faces several charges including Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. He's being held on $10,000 cash bail.
