Local Actor Dies After Being Pulled From Water Off South Boston
BOSTON (CBS) – A local actor pulled from the water off South Boston last week has died.
An off-duty Boston firefighter and a group of teens from Milton pulled Sean Malone from the water near the L Street Bathhouse last Monday.
Malone, 54, was unconscious when he was brought to shore on Curley Beach. He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
He was pronounced dead at Boston Medical Center Wednesday night.
Malone appeared in "Gone Baby Gone" and "The Fighter."
