Sex Offender Charged With Exposing Himself Near Lexington High School

LEXINGTON (CBS) – A sex offender from New Hampshire was arrested Thursday, accused of exposing himself to young girls not far from Lexington High School.

Around 2:45 p.m., police received multiple calls about a man exposing himself on a fitness path near the school. The path is not on school grounds.

A similar incident had also been reported the previous day.

All of the victims appear to have been high school-aged girls.

Police arrested Jacob Mobley-Hall of Manchester, N.H. and charged him with three counts of open and gross, lewd and lascivious behavior and four additional charges will also be brought against him.

Mobley-Hall is a registered sex offender in New Hampshire, charged with indecent exposure in 2008 and 2009. He spent three years in prison for those charges.

Prosecutors said the young girls were "disgusted and shocked" following the incidents.

Mobley-Hall allegedly ran from police when he was confronted and had to be tackled near Lexington High School.

Police say he admitted to having been on the path Wednesday and Thursday.

A judge ordered Mobley-Hall held on high bail and said if he does make bail he must stay out of Lexington.

The New Hampshire resident hid his face during his arraignment.
