8-Week-Old Kitten Rescued From Underneath Car

BEVERLY (CBS) -- An 8-week-old kitten is recovering after being rescued from the undercarriage of a car.

The driver heard purring in her engine and called police.

Beverly Police and Animal Control found the kitten under the muffler in the undercarriage of the car.

The kitten is being treated for heatstroke but is expected to be OK.
