KFC Scented Candle Giveaway Draws Hundreds

BOSTON (CBS) – What's at the top of your holiday wish list? For many, it's a KFC-scented candle.

That's right – a candle that emits the tantalizing odor of Kentucky Fried Chicken is apparently a desirable gift this year.

KFC New Zealand advertised the "limited edition" candle on social media last week. On Twitter, more than 500 people retweeted the brand for a chance to win it.

The company also featured the contest on Instagram and asked its fans for suggestions on other KFC merchandise they'd like to see.

Some of the entries included KFC-flavored beer, KFC-scented deodorant and a KFC car freshener.
