Keller @ Large: Joe Mathieu On The Politics Of Snow

BOSTON (CBS) -- WBZ-TV political analyst Jon Keller had WBZ NewsRadio 1030's Joe Mathieu on Keller @ Large Sunday to discuss the politics of snow.

Gov. Charlie Baker has not shown that he's willing to give the MBTA more money to deal with its winter weather problems, and Mathieu said it will be interesting to see how that plays out.

"This problem's not going away," Mathieu said. "Unless they're going to plan to move some money around in a serious way, we're going to need new revenue."

Mathieu also said that Boston Mayor Marty Walsh's decision to move forward with the Patriots Super Bowl parade despite all the snow seems to have worked.

"He rolled the dice on this and appeared to have won," Mathieu said.
