Edelman, Gronk Thank Patriots Fans On Twitter
BOSTON (CBS) -- New England Patriots players Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski took to Twitter Tuesday to thank fans for their support this season.

New England's season ended after the team lost Sunday's AFC Championship game to the Denver Broncos.
The Patriots arrived back at Gillette Stadium around 1:30 a.m. Monday morning, where a handful of die-hard fans were on hand to meet them.
