Josh Gordon Practices With Patriots, Sporting No. 10 Jersey
BOSTON (CBS) -- Josh Gordon is indeed a member of the New England Patriots. The wide receiver even took the practice field with his new team on Wednesday.
Gordon, sporting the No. 10 jersey for New England, was limited in his first practice with the Patriots. The receiver, acquired from the Browns on Monday, is still nurses the hamstring injury that kept him out of Cleveland's Week 2 loss to the New Orleans Saints.

In addition to his new number, Gordon also has a pretty solid spot in the New England locker room, right next to quarterback Tom Brady.

Patriots head coach Bill Belichick refused to talk about Gordon during his Wednesday morning press conference, stating that the trade was not yet finalized. That raised some eyebrows considering both the Patriots and Browns announced the deal on Monday and it was on the NFL's transaction list on Tuesday. With Gordon hitting the practice field, it appears all the T's have been crossed and I's have been dotted. Maybe now, Belichick will share his thoughts on adding the dynamic but troubled receiver.
Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski was a little more open to talking about Gordon, offering some advice to New England's new offensive threat.
"Work hard and do your job," he said. "That explains it all."
