Jones: The Stanley Cup Showed Up Late

BOSTON (CBS) - In the most NHL thing ever, the Stanley Cup trophy was late to the United Center last night in Chicago after the Blackhawks won the series.

Players awkwardly awaited the trophy's arrival on the ice, and it eventually showed up after a brief delay.

When asked about the delay, the league explained it was "late due to flooding on roads."

98.5 The Sports Hub's Adam Jones and Rich Keefe discussed the Cup being late to the party, and how weird of a job the keeper of the Cup must be.
