Do you think I am speaking prematurely when I predict that the Boston area will largely avoid big snow totals this winter? I feel like we are going to escape with low snow totals, although it will get cold. I am not a meteorologist, but I tend to guess right quite a bit. Do you think I am right, or right off my rocker?
