Jay Talking Travel: Greece Episode Two - The Water Taxi

Greece has been gifted with many islands, and as a result, it is a very seafaring nation. Generally, there is ferry service to and between islands, but if the ferries cease to operate, there are water taxi's available. The way it works is a water taxi will pull up to a dock and wait around until enough people show up to fill the boat, or at least make the run worthwhile. If punctuality is a big deal for you, then the water taxi may not be your best bet, but due to a ferry strike, it was my only bet. The taxi cost twenty-five euros rather than the eight euros for the ferry, but what are ya gonna do? And it was kind of cool.
