Investigation Underway After Body Found In Hyde Park

BOSTON (CBS) – An investigation is underway after a body was found in Boston's Hyde Park neighborhood Monday. The discovery was made on a walking path near Kelly Field.

Police could only say that the body is of a white male. Suffolk County District Attorney Rachael Rollins' office is handling the investigation.

State Police cruisers could be seen near the field.

Late Monday night, authorities said the death does not appear to be suspicious, but State Police continue to investigate.
