Sports Car Crashes Into Fire Hydrant, Police Search For Driver

HAVERHILL (CBS) - Haverhill police are looking for the owner of a sports car who apparently crashed into a fire hydrant and ran off.

The department posted pictures of the wreck on their Facebook page Saturday, showing the car on its side with water from the hydrant flowing from beneath it.

Police left a message for the driver saying they "found the vehicle where you 'parked' it," but there was "some slight water damage."
