Man Seriously Injured In Fall From Overpass At Gillette Stadium After Patriots Game

FOXBORO (AP) — A man fell off an overpass and suffered serious injuries following Saturday night's game between the New England Patriots and Buffalo Bills in Massachusetts.

The Foxborough Fire Department said the man fell off a pedestrian overpass near Gillette Stadium at around 8:15 p.m.

He was flown by medical helicopter to Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston with undisclosed injuries.

Officials didn't release the man's identity, extent of his injuries, what caused the fall or how far he fell. The town's police and fire chiefs didn't immediately respond to an email seeking more information Sunday.

The Patriots defeated the Bills 24-17 to earn the team's 11th straight AFC East title.
