Police: N.H. Man Tried To Destroy Building With Excavator

FRANKLIN, New Hampshire (CBS) -- Franklin police arrested a man Monday who they say damaged a building using an excavator.

Jordan Ingram, 28, of Franklin, is being charged with felony reckless conduct and felony criminal mischief.

Police said they were called to a Tannery Street building for a report that someone was damaging the property. When they arrived, they found heavy damage to the building.

Ingram was found in a vehicle on I-89 in New London with the help of New Hampshire State Police. He was taken into custody without incident, and is being held at the Merrimack County Department of Corrections.

He is due to be arraigned Tuesday in Franklin District Court.
